Thank you for choosing our monthly subscription for technical support and instruction in assistive technology. Please review the following information carefully before completing the agreement form below.
Terms and Important Information
- By submitting this agreement, you authorize OverHere Consulting to securely store your payment information. You may request removal of your payment information at any time, which will effectively cancel your subscription.
- You consent to being contacted via phone, text, or email for appointment scheduling, reminders, and billing purposes.
- Billing will occur on or around the first of each month, or around the anniversary date for a one-year plan.
- OverHere Consulting will contact you on or around the first Monday of every month to schedule appointments for the upcoming month.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us before the next billing cycle.
- This subscription is a legally binding agreement with OverHere Consulting once you submit the completed form and check the agreement boxes.
