Returning a Product, device, or Accessories

The device/unit must be in working condition in the original box. Ie: No physical damage to screens, buttons, stands, controllers, or any other included equipment or accessories.

All device/unit accessories must be included in the box. Ie: charging cables, wall adapters, wall plugs, neoprene cases, stands, cameras, etc.

Restocking Fees and time frames:

If the device/unit needs to be shipped back to the OverHere Consulting office located at:

The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping, unless drop-off or pick-up of the device/unit can be arranged in a timely manner.
